🤝 1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Inspector's Prep (inspectorsprep.in), you are explicitly agreeing to be bound by these comprehensive Terms and Conditions, all applicable laws, and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are strictly prohibited from using or accessing this website and its proprietary tools.

🛑 2. Intellectual Property & Anti-Piracy (Strictly Enforced)

All content, tools, and materials present on Inspector's Prep are the exclusive intellectual property of the creator, Manoj Kumar Pal. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • The underlying source code.
  • The custom mathematical generation algorithms, drill logic, and trap-generation engines (such as "Fake Primes", "Unit Digit Traps", etc.).
  • The User Interface (UI), User Experience (UX) design, and the "Ultra Practice Mode" mechanisms.
  • Written strategies, SEO content, and structural layouts.

Strict Prohibition: You are strictly prohibited from copying, cloning, scraping, decompiling, or reverse-engineering any portion of this website. You may not reuse our code or logic to create derivative works, mirror sites, or competing platforms. Any unauthorized duplication or commercial use of this platform's code or intellectual property is unlawful and will result in immediate legal action under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

📝 3. Limited Use License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and temporarily use the materials on Inspector's Prep strictly for personal, non-commercial, educational practice.

Under this license, you may not:

  • Use automated bots, scripts, or spiders to access, scrape, or copy data from the website.

Furthermore, using Inspector's Prep does not guarantee selection, high scores, or success in the SSC CGL, CHSL, Banking, or any other competitive examinations. The platform is merely a supplementary practice aid.

🛡️ 5. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Inspector's Prep, its creator (Manoj Kumar Pal), or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, use of, or inability to use this website. This includes damages for loss of data, loss of practice history, or interruptions to your study schedule, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

💾 6. User Data, Cloud & Local Storage

Depending on your login status and the tool being used, your practice data and statistics are stored securely using the following methods:

  • Cloud Storage (Leaderboards): If you securely log in via Google, your practice history, daily streaks, and "Personal Bests" are saved on our private servers (Firebase) to enable cross-device tracking and global leaderboards.
  • Local Storage: If you use our standard calculation tools without logging in, your data is stored locally within your browser. You are entirely responsible for managing this local browser data. We are not liable for the loss of any saved scores resulting from clearing your cache, reinstalling your browser, or switching devices.
  • Google Drive Integration: For advanced tools (such as the Mock Tracker), we sync heavy data like scorecard screenshots and deep-dive analytics directly into a secure folder in your personal Google Drive. You retain 100% control over this data, and we cannot access your personal files.

We absolutely do not share, sell, or rent your personal data to any third-party marketing or ad networks.

🌍 7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. By using this website, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India for the resolution of any disputes or legal proceedings arising out of the use of Inspector's Prep or the infringement of its intellectual property.
